Submission Deadline: CB Black & White Prints

This is a PRINT competition hosted by Crescent Beach Photography Club. A jpg version is needed to select images, and to display on the Show night, April 27th @ 7pm.

Submission deadline of JPG:  Sat April 6th at 9pm

The club will select from jpg images received & advise selected photographers to bring their Print to the club meeting’s on  April 22, 2024.

Subject Information: 

1. Subject is open, and the choice of the photographer (but inappropriate images will not be accepted)
2. Prints must be black and white. No tinted or toned prints will be accepted.

JPG dimensions:  Max Horizontal 1440 pixels x Max Vertical 1050 pixels

Print information:

1. Prints may be produced on any type of photographic paper as long as the and result is black and white.
2. Prints may be displayed in any format such as polytychs, be circular or octagonal in shape, and have photographic framing of the image as long as the framing is either black or white.
3. Prints must be 10 × 12 inches or larger, up to 16 × 20 inches.
4. All prints must be thick enough or attached to suitable backing sufficient for them to stand up right on their own on an easel to be judged. They may be matted with black or white matting but are not required to be.
5. Prints must not be framed. There should be no script on the front of the prints or the mat.
6. Images should not have won or placed in previous competitions.
7. All entries must have the following information attached to them on the back

• • Title (The jpg file name should be the same as the title of the print)
  • Photographers Name, Address…
  • Club Name & Address.
