Photo Judging by Larry Breitkreutz — Theme: Fine Art, and Open

Here’s you chance to get some feedback on your photos from CAPA judge Larry Breitkreutz. The upcoming CAPA competition is Fine Art. So you can submit any photos you feel fit that category, or your same submit any photo you’d like to have critiqued. Please send your photos to: competitions.surreyphotography@gmail.com and make sure you put in the subject line “For judging on Jan 25th.”  Don’t put any watermarks on your images because all images are submitted anonymously. Make sure that your file name specifies if it is Fine Art or Open theme. THE PHOTOS HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED TO competitions.surreyphotography@gmail.com BEFORE MIDNIGHT JAN 20TH. Larry said he would like to attend the Zoom meeting, so he’ll likely be giving you the scores and critiques in person.

Fine art photography stands in contrast to representational photography, such as portrait, landscape, still-life, nature, wildlife and photo journalism, which provides a documentary visual account of specific subjects and events. Therefore – a portrait, landscape, still-life, nature, wildlife or photo journalism image must have significant artistic changes for it to be accepted into this competition.
