IMAGE DISCUSSION with the THEME: Canada, My Country

This meeting the theme is: Canada, My Country (and also open theme)

The theme of the April 30th CAPA COMPETITION is Canada, My Country.  According to the CAPA website, the criteria are as follows:

For this competition, we are seeking your best image(s) which symbolizes our unique Canadian identity and the natural beauty of our country. As such, the images should have been taken in Canada within the past 2 years.

Possible subjects are:

• cultural heritage
• geographical uniqueness
• historical events or locations
• iconic landscape/cityscape
• roughness of Canadian landscape
• seasonal uniqueness
• symbols of caring, confidence, courage, encouraging, helping others, nurturing, pride, respect, self-sacrifice and trust
• wildlife specific to Canada

Bring in your best shots of your Canada whether you want to enter them into the CAPA competition or not.  And as always, your can also bring any image in for discussion under the open theme.

Halfway through the meeting, we break for coffee and treats.

Please bring your photos on a flash drive/memory stick so that Radek can upload them onto the club computer before the meeting starts.
