Stave Falls Powerhouse
May 26 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
MAY 26 Saturday
Stave Falls Powerhouse is a National Historic site of Canada
Over 100 years old it is an actual museum of how power was distributed throughout the lower mainland of BC back in the day.
There is a $6 entry fee and for an extra $1 you can get a pass from now until October 8 that permits you access to the Powerhouses in Revelstoke and Hudson Hope.
There is a 9 minute video that they show and give you maps to self tour the site.
Photo Ops galore. The tour Guides are extremely helpful so don’t be afraid to ask them anything about the site. There are washrooms on site, coffee tea by donation and a store to buy mugs/t-shirts etc.
There is also Hayward Lake a short walk away to fill your day with more landscape photography.
